Many of our workshops are now filling fast! We do have an estimated cap for each workshop so to receive your optimal choices, please pre-register ASAP!

Also note that some workshops have changed. You can view the most up-to-date information on the QPC Workshops page.

Please pre-register your selected workshops by 11:59pm, TOMORROW, October 30 by sending a REPLY TO, with your 3 workshop preferences, one for each session, listed by workshop number (e.g. 1A, 2B, 3F — see website for workshop numbers). You may choose only one workshop per session.

Online registration is now closed. However you can still attend the conference even though you haven’t registered online! On-site registration will be available the day of the conference and no one will be turned away.

Registered conference attendees may be eligible for group rate discounts at certain hotels for the nights of October 31st and November 1st!

If you are affiliated with a group, please have your primary contact e-mail with ACCOMMODATIONS in the subject line, your contact information, and group numbers ASAP! If you are not affiliated with a group and need a place to stay you can also e-mail your information and numbers to with ACCOMMODATIONS in the subject line.  The logistics committee will be happy to take any comments, questions, and concerns about accommodations.
